This course will allow learners to acquire knowledge of sustainability frameworks including SDGs, ESG, and circular economy principles, alongside systems thinking foundations covering stocks, flows, feedback loops, and leverage points. Content will be delivered through readings, visualizations, and knowledge checks in self-paced online format.

This course is intended to give learners practical skills to apply sustainability frameworks and systems thinking on projects, interpret relevant EU and Bulgarian regulations, and embed compliance into design and delivery. Participants learn to develop cross-sector initiatives with clear governance, to secure and align funding, manage risks and contracts, coordinate contractors and stakeholders, and to implement monitoring and KPI frameworks that demonstrate measurable environmental performance.
